   ### What problem does this PR solve?
   
   Document the master-development Iceberg V3 spatial contract and explicit typed WKB constructors, associated with apache/doris#67907.
   
   ## Summary
   
   ```text
   Iceberg catalog guide -> typed Geometry / Geography function pages
                        -> equivalent English and Chinese current docs
   ```
   
   Describe XY WKB/EMPTY/NULL, CRS and algorithm preservation, Parquet storage, DDL/write restrictions, computation limits, legacy constructor compatibility and the direct Arrow Flight result boundary. Include catalog/database selection and runnable constructor examples.
   
   Only current English and Chinese docs change: this implementation targets master and is not available in released 4.x/3.x versions. No site UI, navigation configuration or stable page URLs change.
   
   ## Evidence
   
   - **Before:** Current docs had no complete Iceberg spatial write/read guide or explicit typed Geometry constructor page.
     **After:** Six aligned pages describe the complete contract; six constructor queries produced the documented Point/NULL results on the isolated task cluster.
   - Official link and SQL-function structure checks pass without errors. i18n findings are intentional released-version exceptions; remaining SEO findings concern pre-existing catalog metadata. External URLs were reported, not fetched. Whitespace checks pass. A full site build was not run because this is content-only with no UI/configuration changes.
   
   ## Merge Danger
   
   **Door:** Two-way.
   
   **Blast Radius:** Documentation. The development label and unreleased-version exception prevent implying support in existing releases.
