Hack for keep-with-next

Greetings foppers!

I have come to understand that keep-with-next is not supported in the 0.14
version, although it says so on the web site. In my view, keep-with-next is
a vital property in order to get nice looking documents.

Awaiting the arrival of a keep-with-next implementation, is there some kind
of hack to remedy e.g. lonely headings in the bottom of pages? That is, to
force page breaks conditionally instead of through absolute positions.
