[VOTE] Grade iBATIS 2.0.9 "General Availability"

It doesn't have to two actual phases, in the "release candidate / final release" sense. It's just a matter of following up with a vote after the initial release.. 

This isn't an official ASF release, but we might get into the habit of confirming the release grades on the list. 

Clinton's message already counts as a +1. If Larry and Brandon were to chime in, we could call it a done deal. 

As mentioned, I'm not big on voting for the sake of voting, in the fashion of Jakarta projects :), but the ASF takes release grades seriously, and we should get in the habit of holding release votes on the DEV list. 

Other than that, it should be business as usual for us. :)
