sciabarracom opened a new pull request #55: Cleaned the vendor folder

   - fixed the hello-vendor example
   - fixed the compiler to place also vendor folders for main package (with and example)
   - a fix needed to run the "scala"  runtime
   - a Makefile to run all the examples
   
   You can run the examples with
   ```
   cd examples
   export IMAGES=msciab
   make
   ```
   
   The export IMAGES=msciab will be no more necessary once the runtimes are published under openwhisk
