STR:

  1. Deploy HDP 2.3.6.0-3796 on Ambari 2.5.0.1
  2. Enable NN HA
  3. Remove ambari property "stack.upgrade.bypass.prechecks"
  4. Add ambari property "stack.upgrade.bypass.prechecks" with value = "true"
  5. Restart ambari-server  
Result: Ambari-server failed to stop
