Importing CSV with post.jar


Instructions on importing csv file with post.jar, to a custom URL:

Had some problems finding this information - on forums - so decided to post this.


STEP #1: Import file

java -Durl=http://localhost:8983/solr/clients_ib/update/csv -Dcommit=no -jar post.jar data.csv


STEP #2: Commit

java -Dcommit=yes -Durl=http://localhost:8983/solr/clients_ib/update -jar post.jar
