Windows svn client without bdb

Hi,

I'm trying to get a svn client without having Berkeley DB linked to it 
on windows.

The linux client compiles just fine without bdb so it does not make 
much sense to me that I can't compile it without bdb on windows.

What is the current status about this issue ?
