[~DjvuLee] Please read https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/SPARK/Contributing+to+Spark before opening a JIRA. This is not even an error, so can't be "Blocker", which is only for committers to set.

This also doesn't say much, except that you're having network trouble or processes aren't able to respond quickly to each other. to my knowledge it has not been reported elsewhere, so first you should establish whether this is just due to your environment.
