MultipartFileUploadApp

Hi.
I am trying to develop an http upload client so I am looking at using httpclient. I downloaded the MultipartFileUploadApp sample code and compile it fine. What I need is the "http://localhost:8080/httpclienttest/fileupload" fileupload .jsp or whatever this sample is looking for. I have look for this file and cant seem to locate it, any help would be great!

Thanks
Dean Krueger
