No System VM's or Secondary Storage VM's
If I look in my Infrastructure and see no System VM's (it says "No data to show") and there is no secondary storage VM does that mean CloudStack did not finish initial configuration?

Did you mount the secondary storage to the master and import the system vm
template?

I was able to get my System VM's to generate after flushing my database (going into mysql, dropping all cloud databases, and running cloudstack-setup-databases).
But now my System VM's keep recycling and keep trying to start up to no avail. What could be the problem?

If you completed the new zone wizard and there are no System VMs, there
may be a problem. Did the wizard give any errors? What is the status
of your host(s) in CloudStack (should be "Up")?
