SmtpManager doesn't work as expected ; when the subject is a pattern that depends on the LogEvent (e.g. %m), the subject stay the same for all the subsequent events because the subject is once before *the first* mail is sent.

In the pull request that I will submit on GitHub, the subject will be set on the message before *each* mail is sent.
