[I] Delete protocol/dubbo3 and protocol/grpc [dubbo-go]
marsevilspirit opened a new issue, #2894:

dubbo3 and grpc are implemented through grpc-go, which is a large dependency, and it is unreasonable to introduce grpc-go as a dependency.
The basic functionality of the triple protocol has matured, and triple is fully compatible with gRPC. We should consider removing protocol/dubbo3 and protocol/grpc in the future.
