[jira] [Commented] (CB-7018) volumeup and volumedown events once
listened to cannot be un-listened to
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-7018?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14066318#comment-14066318 ]
Eduardo Naufel Schettino commented on CB-7018:
----------------------------------------------
I wrote a comment on github but not sure things are followed there...
https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/commit/4b4a2e9f9e6ebcef57cee2e5f4c44108ec72ca25#commitcomment-7041987
This changeset did not fix the reported problem and broke the capability of the "backbutton" to be un-listed.
Can someone please re-open this ticket?
I my opinion this is a critical regression as some application will not be able to exit.

> There is a bug in bindButton() where override=false is ignored. This means that even when there are no more JS listeneners, a JS event is still fired (not a bit deal)
