[Discuss] What's the purpose of ASBundleActivater in Autoscaler

Would you mind explaining the purpose of ASBundleActivater in Autoscaler? I

Hi,

This was added since there was a requirement to add some custom OSGI
commands for debugging purposes. The objective is someone can start the
server in OSGI console and execute the custom commands to get an idea of
the system. However only example commands (list policies, partitions) are
implemented, but it was not progressed to add more commands. This can be
removed now.
