Forum publication

I'm interested in forum publication with following features:
* threading:
  messages + replies
* usenet-style grouping:
  dynamically created subgroups as user specify additional prefix in
  group name; ability to move messages across groups.
* x-postings:
  post single message to several groups or several threads

* subscription:
  notifying [subscribed] users of new messages in group or thread.
* polls:
  similar to livejournal.

If anyone already working on such thing,
or there is something already implemented (other then atom blog) please let me know.

If anyone else interested in such publication,
I'd like to disscuss this subject.
