   @pwplusnick Hi Will, I compared the `api create` command POST call issued by both wsk-deploy and blue-cli. I believe the POST request body issued by wsk-deploy is missing `secureKey`, which is the value of `require-whisk-auth`. I believe a new variable for the value of `require-whisk-auth` should be added to Api Struct. Let me know what you think.
