setting a different output dir

Does anyone know of a way to set an output dir other than build/site/? I
figured there would be a property for this in forrest.properties, but
there doesn't appear to be.

All directories etc. are set in forrest.properties, see 
http://forrest.apache.org/docs/your-project.html#Changing_the_layout
