failing to start tomee
i am getting a strange error trying to start TomEE 7.0.3. I have
restarted the IDE (eclipse). I have the latest version of Java 8.0_131.

ok i cleaned Tomcat working directory again and it worked again

check running processes but seems related to your machine state without
