Setup:

Spark 2.2.0
Java version: "1.8.0_112"
spark.sql.streaming.minBatchesToRetain: 100

During a failure of an Executor due to an OOM exception, we're seeing the HDFS backed state store attempt to reload old state in memory. This fails due to a StackOverflow exception as the `HDFSBackedStateStoreProvider.loadMap` method is recursive.
