Submitting enhancement to Maven Plugin

   I would like to submit an enhancement to  a maven-plugin.. Could you 
please let me know the procedure to do it ?

Please select the plugin from the project list at http:// 
jira.codehaus.org (Make sure you get the Maven 2.x version of the  
plugin, not the Maven 1.x version, if applicable).

 From that project, either select the issue you're trying to address  
from the existing list, or add a new issue...then, attach your patch  
to the issue along with a good description of what the patch does,  
and ping this mailing list with a friendly reminder to take a look at  
it. It will help immensely if your patch includes tests.
