My mirror server country modify!

Hi. 

My hometown is korea. 

apache.org website is mirror list wrong

please, ko country wrong

please, korea, republic of modify

## ko => korea, republic of modify

- before(wrong)
      ko 
      byungsoo.net  @ ftp 2 hours
     1 hour
     ok 



- after(modify)
      korea, republic of 
      byungsoo.net  @ ftp 2 hours
     1 hour
     ok

Whuups, that was my fault, sorry. It's corrected now,
but note that it can take some hours until it's online
visible (http://www.apache.org/mirrors/).
