[ANNOUNCE] Release Apache TubeMQ(incubating) 0.6.0-incubating

The Apache TubeMQ(incubating) community is pleased to announce that Apache
TubeMQ (incubating) 0.6.0-incubating has been released!

Apache TubeMQ is a trillion-records-scale distributed messaging queue (MQ)
system, focuses on data transmission and storage under massive data.
