[PR] [v3-0-test] Filter out locally built packages from PyPI constraints (#50150) [airflow]
github-actions[bot] opened a new pull request, #50152:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow/pull/50152
When we are generating PyPI constraints and when we build non-released
yet packages locally for those constraints, we should remove them from
the frozen PyPI constraints (by definition - because they are not
yet in PyPI. Previously they were automatically removed, because
they were directly added as `file://PROVIDER_WHEEL_FILE_PATH` but since
we switched to `--find-links` installation method where we add `dist`
folder to the `uv` command installing airflow, those packages are
installed as "usual" - i.e. there is no indication that the source
of installation for them were files. Therefore we need to scan the
`dist` folder ourselves and generate the list of provider specs
available in `dist` folder and manually remove them from the
constraint file generated.
