[I] Avoid using fetch-depth: 0 in github actions [camel-quarkus]
apupier opened a new issue, #9199:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/9199
### Description
it is downloading the full history of all branches.
it is taking around 23 seconds each time it occurs. On the main ci build, it occurs for each of the native tests for instance, so I think we could save at least 20s*13~= 4minutes per build (ok not that much on the 2h build duration)
I know that scalpel requires some history.
The cron job are doing rebase so might also need a bit of history.
So we cannot all changes directly to just fetch-depth: 1 but we might surely change it to a limited depth
maybe can get inspiration from https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/26088 for scalpel side
