Starting to push in refactor

Howdy,

Please refrain from any commits in the next couple hours. I'm going to
tag and push in the new code.

Hi,

If you actually want to look at the commit log here it is:

http://www.apache.org/~jvanzyl/rc1-refactor-mail

It's 400k so it blew the piggy bank.

Ok, the refactored code is in the repository.

I'll point out a couple things for those who wanted to see the code and
please be patient it does work but you're going to be frustrated for a
couple days.

Those who just like to use HEAD normally use the MAVEN_PRE_RC1_REFACTOR
because you will not like HEAD.

The first thing to try is the build-bootstrap-core.xml and watch it go.
You can also bootstrap the whole mess if you want to see that. But the
only way to get a functional copy of maven is with the core set of
plugins i.e. you must only have the core plugins in the
src/plugins-build directory during the core bootstrap if you want to use
it after that.

I got caught short of time before getting to populating the separated
classloaders which is what the problem is. Now that the code is in I'm
sure I will feel enough pressure to fix a few more things.

But browsing through the code you'll see a lot of things cleaned up.
Pretty much all of the jelly/ant code has been pushed into the
PluginManager which is now effectively a Jelly plugin manager.

Anyway, there it is for all the world to see.

Having a couple problems so if you want to commit something feel free to
do so up until I tag. I'll post a message when I do so.
