PropertiesConfiguration allows one to add multiple items with the same key.
Because the underlying map object allows duplicates we can have a situation
where a property file can have multiple items with the same key. Seems highly
illogical to have this.

To fix, change AbstractFileConfiguration.addPropertyDirect() from:

    {
        super.addPropertyDirect(key, obj);
        possiblySave();
    }

to

    {
        super.clearProperty(key);
        super.addPropertyDirect(key, obj);
        possiblySave();
    }
