What about GSOAP? It's at gsoap.sourceforge.net, and it's very fast

There is a C++ Apache effort going under Axis .. its still in
its infancy (maybe I should say prenatal) but its on its way.

There is no Apache SOAP C++ client per se. However, any SOAP library
for C++ should interoperate with Apache SOAP, to the extent that each
follows the specifications. If you look at
http://www.apache.org/~rubys/ApacheClientInterop.html, you will see
interop results for a number of SOAP implementations. Some of the
implementations, such as EasySOAP++ (http://easysoap.sourceforge.net/),
are written in C++.
