    patch for TS-2834

    This patch adds a condition "INTERNAL-TRANSACTION' and makes the client IP '%<chi>' available for COND arguments. Usage examples
    
    cond %{READ_REQUEST_HDR_HOOK} [AND]
    cond %{INTERNAL-TRANSACTION} [NOT]
    rm-header client_ip
    add-header client_ip %<chi>
    
    cond %{READ_REQUEST_HDR_HOOK} [AND]
    cond %{%<chi>}  =127.0.0.1 [NOT]
    rm-header client_ip
    add-header client_ip %<chi>

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/manjeshnilange/trafficserver master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/91.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #91
