On the demo site i went to product GZ-1006-2 added both facilities, and
received 50. At the bottom under inventory items it shows the 50 but under
inventory in the facility and under inventory on the product page it shows
0/0

In the spirit of facilitating communication: could you offer more details? What you have described here is the expected behavior in some cases, like if there is no inventory data for a product.
You might consider commenting on each of these questions:
1. what did you do? (details, including URLs visited, data entered, etc)
2. what did you expect to happen?
3. what actually happened?
