WebSphere - AXIS 1.2 RC2 classloading settings

If anyone deployed AXIS 1.2 RC2 on WSAD 5.1.2 WebSphere 5.0 Test
Environment, then what is the ideal and
correct (assuming that I have all of AXIS jars in WEB-INF\lib
directory) setting for below
to get AXIS up and running with no conflict w.r.t xerces jars,
commons-logging and commons-discovery jars :

ear Classloader mode: ????
ear WAR classloader policy: ????
war Classloader mode : ????

Please suggest ...
