> H2 seems to be having issues downloading content from the Internet on a regular basis.  We've been seeing this in particular with dockerfiles attempting to grab the JDK from Oracle.  FWIW, one of the Apache Hadoop folks opened HADOOP-13248 to track all the failures they are seeing.
