ObjectCacheSoftImpl

Hi Matthew,

I've touched up your ObjectCacheSoftImpl a bit. It is now instrumented 
with CodeSwitcher statements to have conditional compilation.

Works great with JDK 1.3 and 1.4.

I noticed that you also added a softcache.jar that contains the compiled 
version of the ObjectCacheSoftImpl class. I've no idea what it's good 
for? Do we really need this jar file?
