Some additions to previously detailed steps:

Worked with version 4.1.2 installed on Windows 2012 R2 64-bits
I was able to reproduce it following the steps mentioned in previous posts:
1. Set the language to ‘English or German’ from Tools>Options>Language Settings
2. Enable the ‘Styles and Formatting’ panel from [Format] menu or press [F11]
key
3. Open the "Sample 1.odp" file
4. Verify that:
a) "Object with no fill and no line" is displayed in the ‘Styles and
Formatting’ panel if the language set is English
b) " Object ohne Füllung und ohne Linie" is displayed in the ‘Styles and
Formatting’ panel if the language set is German

Actual Result:
Standard style errors is displayed using different languages

Expected Result:
No standard style errors should be displayed using different languages
