The GitHub precommit CI job uses the Yetus default 'mvn test', which does not trigger the failsafe integration tests.

Modify the persionality so that it uses 'mvn verify' instead.

We do the same the in phoenix, the solution can be copied from the Phoenix personality. (though it's basically a hack, because Yetus doesn't really expose this commend)
