We do have a lot of tests regarding webadmin but as they also rely on JMAP (and thus JMAP testing utilities), we decided to locate them in JMAP-draft integration test for convenience.

This is very confusing as the tests end up being not in the right location.

We need to :
 - Move JMAP testing utility to `server/tests` package to allow reuse
 - Move integration tests in webadmin integration test package

Another big burdon with webadmin integration tests is that we do only have a james-distributed version of it):
 - It is slow to run thus the developer experience is poor
 - It represent only one product

That being said, we should provide a generic test package holding contracts, along with memory and distributed testing as a starter.
