Upgrading spamassassin

I'm currently running SA 3.0.4 on Fedora Core 4. Is anyone aware of any
issues upgrading SA to the current version from where I am or is it a
pretty seemless upgrade?

 Thanks.

I don't remember as this is quite an "old" version ;-) You should definitely read the
UPGRADE file (or UPDATE or what it's called) before doing the upgrade. It always
contains very useful information. Just to be sure I also scan the INSTALL and other
"likely" files in the tarball, just to be sure. Going this way makes my upgrades
usually very flawless and almost always is the only information I need. Lurking here
is good, of course, anyway ;-)
Don't forget to make test and after an install the first thing you should do is a
spamassassin --lint.
