   Changes:
   * Add a new SqlTypeNameSpec SqlCollectionTypeNameSpec to describe nested
   collections type
   * Refactor SqlDataTypeSpec to only keep SqlTypeNameSpec, TimeZone and
   nullble.
   * Add a new method SqlTypeNameSpec#deriveType(SqlValidator) to support
   derive type for UDT(throws exception when we can't deduce any type).
