I can confirm that the file is corrupt, both in the .tar.bz2 and the .zip
versions of ant-1.6.0 files.

The curruption happens in the build process, the zip files are filtered
(ikk!).

You may retrieve an uncorrupted version at
http://ant.apache.org/manual/tutorial-writing-tasks-src.zip

This will be fixed for ant 1.6.1
