RE: Updating Hadop Classpath

Created a directory in /tmp as hadooplib/
Copied the hadoop-openstak-2.6.0.jar to /tmp/hadooplib/

Updated the HADOOP_CLASSPATH to add the path /tmp/hadooplib/, however, it didn't worked

You can observe that the path was updated with the new jar location as shown below

If I copy that jar to an existing hadoop lib directory (/usr/hdp/2.2.0.0-2041/hadoop/lib/) which is created by HDP itself, it works

Please let me know why hortonworks is not able to grab that jar for execution.
