Getting the error `java.net.SocketException: Connection reset`

Hi guys,
It's me again =D

Now, I'm having another problem. Please, look the code

When I try to get the url
http://inter03.tse.jus.br/sadJudDiarioDeJusticaConsulta/diario.do?action=buscarDiarios&page=diarioPageLastList.jsp&voDiarioSearch.listState.itensPerPage=20&voDiarioSearch.tribunal=TSE&voDiarioSearch.calendario=true
I'm
getting the error Connection reset.
It start to consume, but got the error *[DEBUG] wire - http-outgoing-0 <<
"[read] I/O error: Connection reset"*

But if a run a *curl* or try to open in a browser it works like a charm.

Any ideia? I tested with java 8 and 7.
