[PR] Create stage-release-candidate.yml [pekko-grpc]
pjfanning opened a new pull request, #606:
URL: https://github.com/apache/pekko-grpc/pull/606
The Pekko gRPC release is our most complicated.
This is missing the Gradle Plugin publish and the codegen publish is complicated by having hardcoded scala versions

Hopefully we could fix that at some point (#458), or otherwise perhaps we could consider using `project/VersionSyncCheckPlugin.scala` for the Scala versions?

That sounds reasonable to me

@raboof is ok to leave the Gradle Plugin publish to be something that the Release Manager does manually, for now?
https://github.com/apache/pekko-site/wiki/Pekko-gRPC-Release#gradle-plugin
It looks reasonable complicated to get the signing sorted out in the CI plan. It can be revisited but I'd prefer to get 2.0.0-M1 released instead of delaying the release.
