jetty6:run runs in debug mode?

When I run jetty6:run as an external maven task in eclipse it runs in
debug mode so that I can set a breakpoint and have it break. I think
this is slowing it down quite a bit. Anyone know of a way to turn this
off so it runs normally like ant tasks do?
