Flink’s elasticsearch 6 connector depends on elasticsearch client 6.3.1, at least since Flink 1.8. Elasticsearch client 6.3.1 is a bit old and has a known issue: [https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/48697] which is encountered by a customer. What is plan to upgrade?
