Tapestry with tacos cycle.activate

Hi

My environment is Tomcat 5.5 + Jre 1.5 + T4 beta12 + tacos library alpa 7.

I'm using the cycle.activate method on my pages.
Before I added tacos the cycle.activate worked like a charm.

However, when I integrated tacos into my project the cycle.activate seem not to work.

I'm using it as : (around tacos form and tacos submit)
----------------
TestPost page = getTestPost();
page.setMessage(getMessage());

cycle.activate(page);
----------------

When submiting the form the TestPage is created and the cycle.active is called. However nothing happens and I'm staing the the current page (No error, just not redirecting to the next page).
When using send Redirect the page is redirected. however, using this function allows me only to pass static links.

Please help.

Re: Tapestry with tacos cycle.activate

Posted by Jesse Kuhnert <jk...@gmail.com>.
Sounds like a bug to me. I do call setPage during ajax requests and more or
less assume something like your case wasn't happening. I don't even know how
I'd fix it yet, create a dyn proxy around the IRequestCycle and intercept
any new page sets so that I can redirect the buffer output back to the
normal browser stream?

If you could be so kind as to log a bug report it would be much appreciated.
