How to exclude request from a jsp page in struts2.1.6?

Hello,
 upload.jsp page upload files and forward request to jupload.jsp page,
but struts2 intercept the request and say multipartRequest error.
 How to not exclude this page from interception by struts2?

 these two pages work good in struts classic.
