[MERGED] UI for nTier 2.0 features

Hi ,

Since there was no objection in the merge request sent on Friday , I have merged the ui-vpc-redesign branch into master and tested it with latest master . The build is successful and UI works perfectly . This redesign has changed the VPC structure on the UI due to introduction of the Ntier apps feature .

Hi all,

I would like to merge UI support for nTier 2.0 features:

-Includes UI for all functionality outlined @ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-621

-To support the new nTier features a few UI/look and feel changes needed to be made to add the missing links/information on the VPC chart; a bug was filed for this @ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-2654 and the code is included in this branch.
