Problem deploying a WAR with a META-INF/context.xml file

When I deploy the war in 
http://svn.cargo.codehaus.org/cargo/trunk/samples/java/src/testinput/tomcat/ 
it seems that Tomcat 5.5.x where x>=3 does not take into account the 
context.xml file. The war is deployed with a  "tomcat-context" context 
(instead of "tomcatcontext").
