Axis 1.2.1 WSDD question

Hi all,

I have this service defined in my Axis 1.2.1 WSDD file ( as specified in the
MUSE 1.0 project ):

<service name="TestConsumer" provider="java:WSRF" style="document"
use="literal">

            <wsdlFile>/wsdl/TestConsumer.wsdl</wsdlFile>

            <requestFlow>

                        <handler
type="java:org.apache.axis.handlers.JAXRPCHandler">

                                    <parameter name="className"
value="org.apache.axis.message.addressing.handler.AxisServerSideAddressingHa
ndler"/>

                                    <parameter name="referencePropertyNames"
value="*"/>

                        </handler>

            </requestFlow>

            <responseFlow>

                        <handler
type="java:org.apache.axis.handlers.JAXRPCHandler">

                                    <parameter name="className"
value="org.apache.axis.message.addressing.handler.AxisServerSideAddressingHa

However, 

Is it possible to perform a global configuration in a way that will allot me
to configure once for no matter what service I would like to deploy on the
AXIS?

All the services I have require the same configuration in the WSDD file.

 

This is quite urgent. 

Please help
