   This issue has been fixed for the following reasons:
   
   Before I built the cpp client using `docker-build.sh`, I have already built the `PulsarApi.pb.h` file locally using `cmake. && make -j12 && make install`. The local version of protobuf used is 3.7, but the version used in `docker-build.sh` is `libprotoc 2.6.1`, these two versions are not compatible.
   
   ## Solution:
   
   Delete the two files `PulsarApi.pb.h` and `PulsarApi.pb.cc`
