Adding date/time data to the default clinical pipeline

Hi,

I am also new to cTakes and using the default clinical pipeline with a custom UMLS dictionary.  The output of the pipeline does not contain the date/time data against the coding data/objects.  I am sure I am doing something quite basic wrong and would be very grateful if something could point me in the correct direction.
